2025 Package Pricing

Woodland Gardens event venue is proud to provide multiple beautiful spaces that offer both an intimate or a large celebration feel! All of our spaces listed are included with our Premium and Essentials package rental. In our largest spaces, we can accommodate up to 250 guests for a seated dinner. Beer, wine, and spirits are allowed with proper certification. Celebrations may go until 10 pm, with clean-up and exit no later than 11 pm. Prices will incur WA State tax.

Please be aware of ferry times and schedules.

The Essentials Package- $4,000

The Micro Package- Starting at $1,200

Limit to 30 guests (40 people total including vendors)

Up to 14 hours day of in the rental space, including setup and cleanup time

$300/hour minimum of 4 rented hours
